FREE SENDING AND DELIVERY

Dispatch
Done within 24h from the validation of payment, Monday to Friday. On the day of the dispatching, the customer will be informed via email of the number of the parcel so there can be a follow up till the delivery.
Sending charges
The products available on the site can be delivered in Metropolitan France free of charge but delivery charges will be paid for any other country in the European Union or any where else in the world. GLS is in charge of the delivery.
The delivery charges for the EU countries are 19 euros and 59 euros for any other country outside the EU.
Any other extra charge due to local transportation of the goods (ex : customs duties or import VAT) will be paid by the addressee. Our delivery charges show the costs from the sending base but do not include customs duties and all the taxes and costs specific to each country.
Delivery
The transportation for the countries served usually takes 3 to 5 working days from the day of sending, from Monday to Friday. In case of delay or any other problems in the delivery, contact the transportter – you will be able to change the address or the date of delivery.
Wall decoration stock
Having a permanent stock, all the design paintings of our Artwall and Co shop are available immediately. If a processing time is longer, we mention the duration on the product sheet. For example, our art photos have a production and delivery time of 5 days due to the uniqueness of each of these aluminum paintings.
Packaging
Once your order has been placed, each painting is carefully packaged in a blister pack with cardboard corners. In order to avoid any shock during the delivery of your design frame, we add bubble wrap to your painting. This is placed in a solid cardboard box which will be handed over to our carrier.
Shipping
Shipping takes place within a maximum of 24 hours from the validation of the payment of your order, from Monday to Friday. The customer is informed by Email when his payment has been accepted, when his order is being prepared and when it has been handed over to the GLS carrier.
Decoration delivery
The transport for mainland France generally takes 2 to 3 working days. This period may vary depending on the time of year, or the flow of parcels is much higher, or that events disrupt the proper functioning of our carrier. Transport for the countries served takes a minimum of 3 working days from the day of dispatch, Monday to Friday.
