1-Will there be an extra cost in addition to the displayed price?
No, the price displayed is the final price shipped and delivered in 24/48 hours with the suspension hooks attached to painting as well as the waterproof, anti-uv and anti-humidity treatments.
2-How long will it take to receive my order?
All the paintings that we sell are in stock so following the acceptance of your payment the package is prepared and shipped within the hour. If the order is placed before 4pm the painting will be shipped on the same day and will be at your home the next day and 48 hours later for less accessible regions (working days).
3-What if I am not at home during delivery?
No need to worry, the delivery person calls you on your number informed in the ordering process or leaves you a notice of passage. Following this, either he will have taken an appointment with you for the next day or he will drop off the painting in the nearest relay point. Contact our after-sales service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of problems.
4-How long does it take to ship?
We process and prepare your order within one hour of your payment validation, the painting will be shipped the same day(working days).
