At Artwall&Co, we are committed to providing an efficient and reliable shipping service for all our interior design products and our printing and personalization services. This policy is intended to inform our customers of our shipping practices.

Processing and shipping times

Standard Products: Shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS or Bpost.
Custom Products: Shipping time may vary from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the complexity of the order and any production constraints.
Shipping Service Providers

For products manufactured in our Brussels workshops, we use UPS or Bpost.
For products made by our European subcontractors, shipping is handled by the carriers of their choice, such as GLS.
Order tracking

A tracking number will be communicated to each customer after the order has been dispatched, enabling real-time tracking.

Free delivery

Delivery is free for orders over a certain amount, as indicated on the home page of our site and when validating the basket.

Return and refund policy

Our goal is total customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Personalized items or special orders are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Returns process

Carefully pack the items to be returned in their original packaging.
Ship the returned items to the address indicated by our customer service department.
We will inspect returned items upon receipt and issue a refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Refunds

Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
